All Star cheerleading is one of the most exciting and challenging activities available to kids today!  This unique team sport combines gymnastics, dance and stunting in a fast paced routine that will take your breath away.  All Stars are athletes in every sense of the word.  They are dedicated teammates who work very hard to achieve their goals.  In the end, they are rewarded by a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment that makes all of the work worthwhile.

At Champion Cheer, we take All Star Cheerleading to the next level.  We believe in providing a family atmosphere that teaches our students “life lessons” that will remain with them forever.  Not only does CCA stand for Champion Cheer All Stars, it also stands for Character, Commitment and Attitude.  These are values that we hope our athletes will strongly develop and carry into all areas of their lives.  If you are new to Champion, you may be surprised to hear that we do not train our athletes to win.  We train them to do their best at every practice and at every competition.  We believe that if you do your best, you can be proud of your accomplishments regardless of the place that the judges give you!  Everyone enjoys winning, but winning isn't everything.  The life lessons that our athletes learn will be with them longer than any trophy or banner.

Second, our highly qualified staff teaches the team AND the individual.  Each squad has required skills progressions that all of the athletes must reach as they go through the year helping everyone meet their personal goals.  Our athletes also gain valuable experience competing in front of nationally known judges and thousands of spectators increasing your confidence, courage and ability to handle pressure.  Being an All Star with Champion Cheer helps our athletes reach their individual goals, and we promise that they will finish their year greatly improved! 

Finally, we have lots of fun!!!  As a part of CCA our athletes have the opportunity to take part in many fun and exciting activities over the year.  We host our own private luxury summer camp in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains of Hot Springs, Arkansas for our 9 through 18 year olds.  They will stay at the Embassy Suites and work out at the adjoining Hot Springs Convention Center.  Parents are welcome to come along to enjoy relaxing spa treatments and wonderful golf.  For our 6 through 8 year olds, we host a two-day camp at our gym where the squads will GO WILD! with games, a cookout and a visit by some exotic animals!  In the fall, we take our 9 through 18 year olds on a weekend retreat to Pine Cove where our teams will work through the same team building program that companies such as IBM put their employees through.  This wonderful weekend in East Texas provides another great opportunity for our teams to bond together as a family.  Finally, we end our year with a wonderful banquet where all of our families come together to celebrate the year.  Remember, Champion is not just a cheer program… It is an experience!

       All Star Dance takes dance to the most competitive level.  Dance team members learn the latest hip-hop dance moves, as well as technical dance moves including leaps and turns.  They compete in the various dance divisions offered at the local cheer and dance competitions.  Our dance teams also compete at approximately three national level competitions.  Our teams will prepare you for your school dance team, improve your dancing for cheerleading or provide an outlet for your passion to dance!  Whatever your needs, Champion’s dance program is for you!

KEEP FIRST THINGS FIRST WHEN RAISING KIDS!

Child development experts know:  for preschoolers, acquiring healthy learning attitudes is far more important than mastery of skills.  Our TumbleBugs curriculum is carefully designed for exactly what children need most during these formative years.  In TumbleBugs, tumbling skills are used as tools to teach learning attitudes while skill mastery is a secondary goal.  At Champion Cheer we keep first things first!

FUN IS FAR MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE!

One of the objectives of TumbleBugs is FUN!  Of course, this is cool with the kids but parents sometimes fail to realize the importance of fun in a preschool learning setting.  People often feel that where fun is present, learning is not.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

Why is fun so important?  Well-adjusted learners form an early and life-long association defining any attempt to learn something new:  challenge = risk = learning = fun!

In our TumbleBugs classes, there are mountains to climb, rivers to swim, canyons to jump, vines to swing and tramps to jump on.  Our fun, colorful equipment teaches tumbling skills while increasing strength, coordination and balance... all while having fun and developing positive learning attitudes!

All of our TumbleBugs classes are open to 3 and 4 year olds.  We have two year old classes based on demand. The cost for the 45 Minute Class for the Summer Flexi-Semester is $82 for 7 weeks, $89 for 8 weeks, $94 for 9 weeks, and $104 for 10 weeks.  All students must also pay a $30 registration fee annually.  Please check the class schedule for current class times.
